Are you using Facebook Connect? Vinny and I both are and it is actually pulling the avatars from Facebook.

The settings for avatar is way too small, i mean, severely small. 200 bytes. Notice there's no "kilo".
The settings for profile pic is 2KB, a little small.

I increased both values for the group you are all in, so re-upload and let me know how it goes. While I appreciate suggestions, this forum has a pretty specific purpose and I don't want to go nuts However I would like to find someone to make a nice skins and will be looking through modifications to figure out how to do some pretty specific stuff.
